Patient Information

Waiting room

Appointments
Appointments are available on Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. Our receptionist will make every effort to schedule an appointment for your convenience.

It is requested that you arrive a few minutes early for your first appointment so that the necessary registration and insurance information can be obtained. Please bring all insurance information with you so that we can process our forms in a timely manner.

Each surgeon makes an effort to see patients at the scheduled appointment time. There are occasions when a patient needs more time than anticipated, or an emergency requires our attention at the hospital and as a result you may find yourself waiting. We assure you that every attempt is made to respect your needs.

If an appointment needs to be changed, we ask that you call and reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to be seen quickly because of a medical emergency, we will see you on a same-day basis in the office or in the emergency department.
